A recent PATCH (2/13/23) has increased the price of making your own guild from 100, 000 to 1 million silver. Just keep skinning mobs till you can afford it.
As of 6/1/23 you can't sit on your mount as the mob will regenerate health or leash back to their starting position. Was fun while it lasted!
If you plan to play for THREE MONTHS save up silver for your own guild islands. If less time, don't bother with the guild stuff at all.

I started playing this game a few days ago. I was in Tier 3, broke and struggling. I rerolled yesterday, and followed this video to the letter. Now I am in tier 4.1, loaded with cash, and just rolling over stuff. I did get stumped with the guild cost though. Was almost 1 million silver to start my own guild. I saw a comment from @SwoleBenji that they changed that. Today is day 2. Over 150K silver, tier 4.1 gear, tier 3 skinning knife and time to farm up some cash and get that guild island. I suspect I will buy a month of premium too. This is the game I missed in WOW. It reminds me of Vanilla beta wow, with players everywhere. I like the fact that I don't have to raid for gear. I don't have 25 quests in my book. I don't have 30 hot keys for actions. I can't wait to play some pvp. I suspect if I'm loaded, I won't care if I loose some gear. Thanks for this video.

Is this still the Meta for this start or should I try going for a different build? Is there a video I can watch for when I achieve everything listed in this video? You finally convinced me, cursed staff is TOO GOOD. I was going to go battle axe, but the biggest selling point surprisingly was being able to simply auto attack mods to pull them instead of having to walk up to each one lmao. Thanks again for the awesome guide! 👍
