There I was thinking Getty was against AI images. Looks like I was sadly mistaken.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is the death knell for most authentic stock imagery at this rate.
Also how do you know it's commercially licensed and viable? Even if you use your own library. Where is the guarantee? Without a human creative procedure, I can't see how this is possible.

Getty images AI will be using images from its own Library and using them to Create something new I guess, is that how contributors will earn like if their work is used to create something new which client buys?

So original creators of a generated image are compensated. But how about the image itself? Is Getty intellectual owner of the final creation?

How much does the creator earn by selling one AI generated Image? Probably 0.5 cents. Lol, I stopped uploading to Getty a long time ago. Most weren't chosen for various reasons. Perhaps with AI, Getty Images got more intelligent.
