So my return trunk makes a bang noise when AC turns on and then again when it turns off. I can push on the trunk as it has a lot of give . Brand new unit. They say it’s normal. Help !

we call those vibration eliminators. what causes the ductwork to flex and make a popping noise when the system starts or stops? ty

Just had a new A/S furnace installed and the new DC blower motor is like a jet engine compared to my old furnace even with the speed reduced to the second lowest setting. ?
