Normally you start off with her skill, then rotate through your supports for their buff and by then, 5 sec will have passed allowing you to absorb the upgraded blood debt, And this is why her C2 is good, not only for some front loaded dmg but also more survivability since she is incredibly squishy, but you can go through rotations without worrying about that 5 sec lag

Classic moga, messes up simple rotations on two different overworld enemies and has to abandon floor 11, until he gets Zhongli back in his team. Some things never change lol.

I pulled a double 5* (first one ever for me) and got her + C1. She is devastating on my c6 Chevreuse team. 100k normal attacks (talent lvl 6) at full Chevreuse stacks (yes, c6 works even though she isn't actually healed). And I don't use Bennett... can't imagine what she could do with him. Just got her NA to 8, so going to try her in abyss later. 90, 8/6/6, C1, with Homa and 4 piece gladiator. 70/240 with pyro goblet. Fischl - Chevreuse - Arlecchino - Beidou. Also, all of her attacks light grass on fire... so using her in overworld is a pain, you burn yourself to death lol

How to play Arlecchino in Simple words:

1) Use Skill, put an X on the enemy
2) Switch to supports and buff Arlecchino (Bennett or Kazuha or Sucrose or whatever)
3) Switch to Arlecchino and use Charge attack to get buff and pyro infusion
4) Spam normal attacks
5) Use Burst to heal and to reset your Skill
6) Repeat

You can get White Tassel from Chenyu Vale if you haven't explored that area yet. I fodder all my Liyue ones because stupid me at the time thought 'I got 4 star weapons now, don't need 3

I got Arlecchino as my first 5 star and I managed to build her enough to like 3-4 shot any random world enemy which is an insane upgrade from my previous 4 star "dps". She's really complicated to use because of how much you lose health but her damage is just out of this world, no wonder why she's the second best dps in the game.

C0 arlecchino, apparently it’s more ideal to start the rotation with her skill, cycle through your supports, giving her skill time to change so when you reach her again you can charge attack.

You should treat her burst as emergency heal button and should not be part of normal rotation. Why her c2 is not great is that we need to switch out to supports anyway as it's most likely that the support abilities are already over when the skill cooldown is reset and need to re cast support abilities.
