The lack of ER% substats literally just negated her 4 pc emblem to becoming just an artifact with good crit ratio with 2 star artifact passives, i would’ve been pogging if it’s anything else like ToM + HoD or Noblesse + HoD and so on

What's the point of using a 4-pc emblem if your ER is so low, such a waste of the passive. Are you sure 120% is enough to keep her ult uptime? that's far from being perfect. Everyone is blinded by crit stats 🤦‍♂️
