Mini Pepper Nachos
4oz. Seasoned 96% lean ground beef
(Count condiments based on seasoning used)
1.3 oz reduced fat Cheddar cheese
2 servings mini bell peppers 5.26 oz
1/2 serving of jalepenos .795 oz
2tb salsa
1 tb light sour cream
1tb guacamole
Cook peppers at 375 for 5 minutes to soften. Fill with toppings and cook until melted, about 5-10 minutes. Just keep an eye on them.
I mixed the sour cream and salsa to drizzle over the top!! Yummy
