I had the same problem with my lip filler migrating to the top lip, I had them dissolved and they literally completely vanished within a day, then I waited a few months to let my lip tissue recover and took collagen tablets. I had them refilled and they're perfect now!

Some recent knowledge: I highly recommend looking out research that has been out lately about filler and how filler is not going away for years, up to 7-12 years, and it just migrates, like where you put it, it flattens, thats why yours has gone upward. The research where 2 top US doctors, where they actually performed an MRI on a patient and they saw her nose and lip filler there something like 10 years after she did it one time...CRAZY! Dissolving might be the only way you are gonna see that volume from the top of your lip going down, it will go down on its own, but only as long as it keeps on migrating, which after one point where it flattens, it stops! I think you should film having your top lip dissolved, also getting a lip tattoo helps with the blurring of the borders !

I love Shani but I recently bought a bikini from her company Sylk swim and I recommend reading the return policy before you purchase anything. Plus if you need to return something you have to pay for shipping yourself which if you live in the U.S. it costs just as much as the actual bathing suit. I didn’t have the best experience with her company and now I’m stuck with my purchase.
