Hey everyone! I hope you all take something away from today's Lightroom tutorial, I tend to use this method quite often when I try different natural lighting situations while I'm taking photos.

Let me know in the comments what Lightroom tutorial you'd like to see next :)

When I do outdoor shoots in natural light I expose more for the background most of the time then I balance out the exposure for the subject in post using Lightroom.

What a great job! I've watched this video twice, simple adjustments that made such a big difference; I am now pausing it every few seconds to take written notes - YOU ARE a BLESSING.

Great technique but you can't deny the "before" was soo much better, it gives a mystical mood

I feel like after watching sooo many of your videos way before 20k I already do a lot of these things naturally and these videos just reinforce that I'm doing them correctly lol

Ahah I love this ! I started editing my pictures following you a year ago, and today watching this video is very fun, in a way it feels like I'm watching myself edit. And at the same time I see how much difference there is between what you do and what I now do, it's awesome. Keep going Julia !

I liked your exposure guidance in the beginning to see if the image can be saved. Thanks!

Finally a channel with a feminine touch to photography! Love the focus of photography itself without all the whining bs going on around nowadays. Subscribed ;) Great photos, by the way :)

Very helpful, there are times when your doing a shoot that's fluid with lots of movement and some of the frames fall into this kind of lighting, it's great to see your procedures for recovering these.
