Maybe I'm just too brave, but I don't see these places as "creepy" in any way. Sad is more like it. The places have been deserted by happy parents and their children who used to enjoy the attractions. Now, the places are still, silent, and sad.

you got number 3 wrong, it was only used once. When people were evacuated from the town where the plant was, they used the amusement park as a distraction to see if they could get it under control. Then everyone evacuated that area all together the next day.

It's a shame, but lots of bad accidents were happening before its closure.
