This 20 minute Bioenergetics Session will help shift old patterns of holding out of the feet, ankles and lower legs, leaving you feeling more grounded. Repeat daily or weekly for a cumulative effect.

Thank you for providing this information to the world. I think bioenergetics is a great tool that not enough people are aware and there simply isn't enough information on it. For me you are the best resource for it thank you for being one of those elite few. Keep the videos coming!!!

Love this! Thank you. Last part was hard but got through it! Needed this! Update: I started to do this again after stopping because I did too much and learned less is more and helps you stay with it. I love the cabin instead of a sterile environment. Besides the benefits you mentioned, it helps strengthen and stretch my bone spur and old injured sprained ankle.

I am so very happy to have found your videos. When I was 20, a therapist demonstrated the bow and arch movement. In the ensuing 40 years I found Alexander Lowen's " The VIbrant Way To Health". I wanted some newer techniques and found none labeled as bioenergetics. I enjoy Trauma Release Exercises, yoga, kundalini, tai chi, Arica, Do-In, reiki, and so on. Bioenergetics was the best for me. So thanks, Devaraj.

I Iiked the four styles of walking - thank you. To my amazement it was easier than I thought, walking on the heels was the hardest one for me but nevertheless feasible. - Breathing into the small amount of pain I felt was also no problem - in fact sometimes it felt even pleasurable... the energy flowing made me feel alive and charged in a good way. - I will certainly explore this further - thank you so much for this gift❣

This is absolutely great! I simply can't see how someone who genuinely tries bioenergetics to call it BS (as a much viewed Youtuber did). Distractions from the truth, keep it up my friend!

OMG I fucking loved this exercise! It made me feel ridiculous, laugh at myself and then feel an immense joy for knowing it was ok for me to look ridiculous. And I didn't feel alone!

Ali didn't count his sit-ups "1, 2, 3, 4, 5..." like most people in the gym. He would first start his sit-ups until he felt them burning, and only THEN did he begin the count.
