I feel good after this workout❣ Learning to feel the body in the present instead of dissociating is a rewarding process for me... still way to go but making progress..

This was the hardest workout so far but the most rewarding, I released loads at the end, 😊✌🏻

devaraj! thank you for sharing these my brother. I do the workouts 3 times a week in between weight training days and they really take my bioenergetics practice to the next level. your voice isn't annoying either! it helps a bunch. be well!

Hey Dev, thanks for sharing all these excercises, I have a couple questions, 1. how to manage for self practice? does it make sence to make a split through the week, eg on 1 day pelvis, another shoulders, another bow and arch and continue like that so your working an aspect once a week on a cycle, or to pick an area and work at it untill youve realeased it. 2. do you think osho active meditations such as dynamic, kundalini, chakra breathing, mahamudra ect can work on ones armouring alone or is bioenergetics needed alongside of them to really open the body. thanks, Jesse (Sangeet)
