Can I write or mention the year in the overview?

I actually practiced writing the overview before i viewed yours.


Overall, the cost of internet access in UK and America was incearsing yearly compared to Japan which shows a decreasing cost every year. Australia on the other hand had a high cost of online access for 2000 then goes down in 2005 and it increased again in the year 2010 and 2015. All countries showed that it was in 2015 where they have spent the highest of online internet except for Japan which was 2010.
