Flyable Jet in NFS Hot Pursuit

Demo vid. Originally made a script for aerial control in NFSMW 2012, and ported it to HPR, with more fixes/stability

I added functions to simulate controls from games such as RL, and GTA. Functions include:
Air roll left/right, yaw control, pitch control, and speed control. A few more refinements and will prob release as a trainer with gamepad inputs down the line
