Steve Eisman on the Economic Crash

Steve Eisman is unafraid to buck the status quo. He was one of the few to call the subprime crash correctly, and he features prominently in Michael Lewis' book, The Big Short, as well as its movie adaptation, in which Steve Carell plays a character based on Eisman.

Now, a decade later, the visionary who anticipated the global financial crisis believes that society is again focused on the wrong risks.

In this exclusive interview with Milliman, Eisman describes the experience of watching his warnings go unheeded and discusses some new risks he sees looming on the horizon. Hint: It’s not the banks he’s worried about.
