Neuberger Berman Eisman Group Senior Portfolio Manager Steve Eisman says the group is buying bonds and US Treasuries due to the rise in real yields. "One thing that I've been doing lately, which I haven't done in 15 years -- our groups are actually buying bonds, at least some bonds," he says on "Bloomberg Surveillance."

The last time the 3-month T-bills were yielding over 4% was in the 2006-2007 time span....something interesting came after that.

Excited for the revolutionary paradigm shift of Treasury bonds that we all are getting to experience. The game has changed

This video makes me happy. I know almost nothing about the stock market, but knew the money market accounts were paying about 5% and put my extra money there. Inflation is so terrible, just keeping it in bank makes us all lose money. So, to hear one of the smartest portfolio managers say he's doing the same thing is really cool.

Bills, not bonds. Short duration is definitely the key here

When people get -4% return on stocks for awhile. They will start treating risk with more respect. And get away from this pump and sell pump and sell.

Bond 10Y will peaked at 4.8-4.9% when Funds rate 5% or above

That would be better than the 2% the bank is offering on your savings account! Plus you invest in the 🇺🇸

4% yield and 8% inflation,

There is really just too much government interference in the market in favor of the top 10%. Eventually, this is going to end quite badly.

Yep, but don't show the rest of the interview where he basically says GAMESTOP without saying GAMESTOP.

Bloomberg's climb down on $GME when it kicks is going to be nothing short of spectacular.

Can't wait 🏴‍☠

There’s an opportunity cost risk. Especially when stocks are so low

I can't listen to Steve Eisman without being forced by my subconscious to imagine Steve Carell speaking in screeching voice

Bad call... Eisman got lucky on the big short but now he's making one mistake after another.
