Hi all, looking for some quick advice . I have a friend I've recently started handling the cell phone plans for ( not normal for me ), and they gave me contact info for their Verizon rep . I've been working with him for almost a year now, and I'm constantly having problems getting answers from him on basic things like can he confirm he put insurance on our plans and how do I utilize the insurance after a phone is damaged ? My question to you all is : how do you normally work with Verizon on things like activation problems on new phones and questions on insurance and such ? Do you have a client rep you ask, a special number to call, or how can I get quick and reliable results here ? What is the proper way to request a new client rep ? If I make the request, I want to make sure I don't end up still stuck with the same guy . I've already had a heart to heart with him and needing faster response times, and the quality dropped after that talk .

Visible didn’t work for me in CA. I kept getting call failures every day. Tried on both an iPhone 8 and iPhone 12 Pro Max and got the same failures.

You're on LTE on visible but the 5G logo on Verizon consumer. Makes sense to me, LTE is probably faster lol

SMT, when you run tests like you do in these videos, you need to run them on the same servers. On the 2 Verizon tests via Speedtest, they both connected to Verizon in Columbus OH. On the first Visible test, it connected to it connected to a server in Allen KS. OF COURSE the speed is going to be slower! Then, on the next 2 tests, the phone connected to the Verizon server in Columbus, and performed better on one test, even though you compared 4G to 5G. Are you even aware that you can choose your server on the Speedtest app? The reason I ask, is that on most of your comparison tests, the phone just connects to any server, and most times, they aren't the same. The test didn't even prove anything. On iPhones, you can choose whether to use 5G or 4G. In fact, I believe you can even choose what Band you use.

Can you do a 5G Ultra Wideband test on Visible? I don’t think I have ever seen 5G UW on Visible

I been saying it’s a good thing the latency and the ping is the downside but it’s a good value foe no caps and billing it’s up and down when you have to toggle it compared to postpaid it’s prioritized

A few weeks back I was connected to MM wave with visible And got 444 down and 84.5 up

On the visible test, did you not notice that when you hit airplane mode then turned the wifi on and then off, it turned back on and connected to a wifi before you closed the window at 3:15. That explains your anomally.

I’ve had Visible for over a year now and I really like it. Unlimited everything and I can use my phone as a hotspot. I haven’t joined any party and pay the full $40 a month. Interesting to see how it compared to Verizon paid version so thank you for the video. I am content to stay with Visible but it’s always good to be aware of what else is available and how it compares.

Just switch from Verizon postpaid to visible using the iPhone 12 Pro Max. With both the ‘5G On’ and ‘More Data while on 5G’ settings on I’m ranging around 80-100 Mbps during non peak hours and about 25-50 Mbps during peak hours. Really great for me as a college student and I’m using Party Pay to get my bill to only $25.
