The Bible is a spiritual book and it is meant to be read with spiritual eyes. If 1 day is as 1000 years from God's perspective, who exists outside of space and time, then considering that Adam died within 1000 years, that means that Adam did in fact die within "a day" (1000 yrs) from God's perspective. Before Adam and Eve sinned they existed in the same timeless realm as God, and were able to enter the Lord’s prescence. When they disobeyed the 1 command God gave them they sinned, all of creation came under the curse of sin and death, and they were cast out of Eden and out of the timeless presence of God. The Bible is completely true, and God is not a liar. When people read the word of God without spiritual eyes they fail to see or understand the infallible word of God.
