I had just upgraded to a PS5, in this 3rd person shooter I play I immediately noticed I needed to click down on the R2 button instead of it being a smooth down press.. switching that setting to off fixed it it was very uncomfortable to shoot like that.

Could having this on be a reason for button lag while playing NHL online it's a fairly new controller and I don't play that much but I noticed today when I hit pass or something with the trigger sometimes it wouldn't even go and sometimes it would be super super delayed could this be because of the triggers or do you think maybe it's just the internet I'm going to try and turn it off now for one game and see what happens I just have a bad habit of opening everything up to see what's wrong with it and sometimes it ends up getting worse so because the controllers new I'm going to hold off opening it up right now
