This video popped into my mind when I was 20 minutes into the 40 minute kickboxing video and wanted to quit because I couldn't keep going as hard as I did the first half. I kept going and finished it, just a teeny bit slower on the moves. I feel so proud of myself. My 2022 goal was to get consistent about working out, and I'm still going a year later!

Love this because I’m still working on knee strength and I can’t workout fully. I miss doing squats but I still do try to bend as much as I can. I know it takes time and I’m persistently trying.
