If I'm being honest, I was so looking forward to all the review videos for this palette because I wanted to see what people thought of the new satin formula that can be built to shimmer by packing and used as mattes by blending that Clionadh developed in house. And then not a single person but you even tried to do a look using only this palette. I was a little annoyed. PR is necessary for brands but for influencers it is a privilege, and I think that they should've at least attempted to use the palette as intended. At least for 1 look. You chose to do 4. And that's why I always click on your reviews first. You always give 100 to every thing you do. Clionadh DEFINITELY chose the right person to sponsor. Congrats on the gig and loved all 3 looks. I'm getting this whole collection. Wasn't positive about the brushes, I like natural hair better, but they performed perfectly for you. I'm sold!

Ahh yess satins as mattes. Pat McGrath is infamous for this. Using satins are also real flattering on mature skin!

I love Clionadh and was super excited about this palette launch! Unfortunately I'm not such a fan of pink and this palette is so pink and pinky-purple that I know I won't get use of 90% of it, so it's a miss for me. I'm still holding out for their Stained Glass shade expansion and hopefully another palette in future!

I don’t know why satins get everyone’s panties in a bunch. Just that little bit of shimmer makes them easier to blend and build as you like. It’s a win win as long as the company labels them as satins and not shimmers or metallics. That I can’t stand.
