Both of your looks were gorgeous! I'm excited about the collab, and I'm even more excited about a palette with so many beautiful textures. You're spot on with Clionadh customer service, though. They seem to care genuinely about their relationship with their customers. They respond to emails promptly and helpfully, and they seem to do everything they can to make sure that we're getting the best possible experience, whether it's giving us advance notice of launches, advising us about shipping times, or making good on products damaged in transit. I'm now going to add ample PR to their laurels. Working with all shimmer palettes can be challenging, so getting samples out to social media influencers helps us get more out of the jewel box.
