Island Yoga New Season Recap

Such a special and nourishing season at Island Yoga! Three months flown by but I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be there - and to everyone who contributed to this. 💖✨🤸🏽‍♀️ This place is truly special to me.

And since numbers are not exactly my best skill, realizing that I taught so many classes and reached so many people (perhaps more than 1000) has been a huge realization—and a big achievement for sure.

Being able to bring so much to the world through these classes, circles, and workshops truly fills my soul with joy. In the state of the world today, joy, love, self care and celebration are truly revolutionary acts, and I hope to keep bringing more and more of that to everyone around me.

After years of struggle, I’ve found my light, bliss and calling, and helping others find theirs through these practices I teach is without a doubt, my soul’s purpose.
