2:07 Those are actually called Leviathan but I guess it doesn't matter. The Frostner tip is great though, I hadn't thought of it. And it's actually a really good food if you have a decent amount of it.

We dragged one up to shore not realizing it was a plains biome and watched three lox curb stomp it

Pretty good explainer. esp the point about waiting to harpoon until close to your shore destination. You briefly touched on all other mobs will attack it, swamps have leeches and shallow waters and are very useful to take out serpents quickly. Occasionally pelting the serpent with arrows/bolts on the way to shallows will help keep it agro'd on you, just don't do too much damage (about 10% life left) or it will flee. Good video. Step 1) Don't hunt them in a Karve . . . Use a longship . . . its got twice the HP so much less likely to sink. You can't use the serpent meat or scales until you have iron anyway so you already have what you need to make a longship!

Aim down at the barnacles when mining!! You do so much more damage! Also try to aim to hit more than one at a time. This applies to all mining
