Learn how to quickly and easily convert Celsius to Fahrenheit with this formula for the NCLEX exam. The NCLEX exam or nursing lecture exams may ask you to assess a patient's health status and give you a patient's temperature in degrees Celsius. However, most students who take the NCLEX exam are mostly familiar with temperatures in Fahrenheit (for this in the scale used in the U.S.) but this simple formula will help you learn how to quickly convert the degrees Celsius to degrees Fahrenheit so you can assess if your patient is hyper or hypothermic.

Watched her for 3 minutes and learned more from her than over 100 pages of reading BS. I wish my college could teach.

Love your videos teacher, but there is another easy way to do the math. To convert Fahrenheit to Celsius, if we subtract 32 and divide the result by 1.8 we can get the result. for Celsius to Fahrenheit, we multiply by 1.8 and add 32. I hope this can help for you all!!! Thanks again for your wonderful videos, they help me a lot and I always recommend them to my classmates. Hopefully next year I'll be an RN!😀

Thank you for the video!!!! A good way to remember this is the difference in temperatures from the different sites for example:axillary temperatures are usually 0.5C (0.9F) in difference from oral and tympanic temperatures so just remember the difference in temperatures and add 32. I hope this helps someone

That's was great! Very easy to remember 9, 5 and 32.. I used this info to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit in a program that I created. I just used ( Celsius ) x 1.8 , then added 32. I am an engineer, not a nurse but I enjoy these videos.

Oh my goodness, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this video! I have watched video after video and they don’t really go into all the detail of how to do the multiplication of fractions; there’s no explanation of that type of math problem. I am not understanding algebra. So this is my happy place today
thank you
