When I was in USAF in 70s at Eglin AFB FL we hated the SPs or Security Police. They were always bored and looking for someone to hassle. My friend got a speeding ticket for doing 30 mph in a 30 mph zone. It was raining so the cop said that reduces speed limit to 25. Then after writing a ticket they tried to make friends with us asking who was from TN. My friend said they gave him an Article 15 for it.
