You adjust the height of the router plate with the pin screws in all four corners to get it level to the table all you need is a screw driver and you can adjust the router height with a Allen key from the top! Good luck!

I had a simular problem with the plate dropping below the table surface even after adjusting the leveling screws. after just a few passes the plate would settle downward. It seems the vibration would allow the leveling screws to move. I solved the problem by removing the leveling screws and using two thin stainless washers under the plate and a small lock washer on the securing solved! the plate is perfectly level with the base and has not moved at all.

Just based off of what I can see in the video, it looks like the aluminum router base plate needs to be adjusted and zero’d with the rest of the table. That ought to correct the ends of your work piece catching

So that was eight flat washers and four lock washers.
