The story you mentioned involving Nebuchudnezzar is biblical and is found in the book of Daniel. After he was healed of this sickness he addresses God and confesses that Jehovah is the One true God. Nebuchudnezzar will certainly be in heaven. If you don't know the story or haven't read it in a while, I recommend checking it out. It's an awesome story.
