What if Europe was one country? Currently the continent of Europe is the sixth biggest continent as far as land area goes, only ahead of Australia with 3.8 million square miles of land. It does rank third as far as population of continents though, trailing Asia and Africa, but having a very respectable 747 million people living there.

The national language of europe will be Esperanto as ot was created back in 1889 by a polish man, i think to use it as a sort of international language for europe and this new country will be like a constitutional monarchy where all the minarchs of europe will be together in a sort of council of monarchs to decide whi gets to be the "emperor of europe" or follow the Malaysian system of monarchy where all monarchs take turns being the emperor amd head of state while all of the republics in europe will work together and elect a prime minister or lord chancellor as head of government

i imagine that the governance would be that of a continental parliament/council. i dont think theyd put one single guy at the head of everything.
instead all the PMs and heads of state could become members of a new bigger parliament and periodically vote on laws and stuff. basically how some nations already function. then of course you;d have a Supreme Court, various smaller parliaments and various smaller princedoms and monarchies. the Holy roman Empire elected an Emperor but the Emperor himself had little real power. all those states under him were basically already autonomous in all but name. so the new European Parliament would have some power over their subjects but not so much that its like one group taking over everything. thats the only way it could work.
or renegotiating the EU into something new, with a bit more power and includes every European country somehow. britain could become the sole exception and be off in the corner doing its own thing.
