That’s good advice from you brother but a lot of us older folks are on fixed incomes and can’t afford to buy gold and silver or stock up on supplies and medicines. Just pray for those of us in the Body of Christ who aren’t well off financially to be prepared more than we are. We’ll have to trust the Lord to see us through or take us home! He’s faithful!

I am an older person, alone. I live in a fairly dicey neighbourhood in a small city in the south. Cannot relocate and I have prepped as much as I can. Have no pew pew to defend myself with. I cannot afford one. I am disabled and on fixed income. Either I will survive by the grace of God or hopefully He will take me home. Some of us have no savings and we are doing the best we can do.

I've been prepping seriously the last 4 years. But for the last few months, our income is not able to keep up. I only fill holes in our preps now. I have just a little silver, and some 90% dimes. Not much at all. But a couple of friends and I are practicing bartering, which is really nice. I make herbal teas for my friend, who let me pick all the green beans and tomatoes I wanted out of her garden. I made black walnut salve for another friend, and I'm bartering that for some of her homemade soap. We trade seedlings in the spring. Basically, we just love each other! I know me and my hubby are going to be alright, because the Lord will care for us. We are doing the best we can. Praying hard! My personal time of worship and prayer has become the highlight of my day.
