LED light engine is my favorite, less heat and cool down cycle is not required. These things look real nice, 100W more power than the Intimidator 475Z and the 5 facet prism is very cool. Also, the beam spread makes them very versatile.

Trade-off, there's always a trade-off - cost and size/weight.

Great stuff as always ! Love learning from you about new gear. Speaking of that, I bought the Astera tubes and you had a lot to do with that, but for some reason I can't seem to reach lightsmiths in Seatle to buy the custom stands they make. Would really really love to get me some of those. Do you have any information whether they're still open/active ? Any ideas on how I could get in touch with them or anyone who sells those specific stands ? Thanks again for all the great videos :)

The zoom is cool but other than that it's quite an overkill unless you're doing huge events for 500+ ppl. They're way too bright for most events so you're probably gonna be dimming them down
