this css udemy course is very very worth-it! the two are very good teachers!
i really recommend it for starters, especially to save you time gathering bits of info elsewhere, all the basic foundation and modern ways are inside this course!

I think you have to mention also that <style> tags has higher priority than *.css files and lower priority than inline styles @ 38:45
