Supplies Needed:
1. Rit Dye
2. 14 L Container
3. Tongs
4. 1 TBSP Salt
5. 1 TBSP Dish Soap
6. Acetone to remove protective layer
7. Boiling Water
8. Time (stopwatch lol)

How To:
-Firstly, start the boiling water process, boil just enough to fill close to the top of the container or where sneakers can be completely submerged. I say to do this first because it takes a while to boil a lot a water.
-Next, prep the sneakers. Remove the insoles. And if the shoes are newer, i would use acetone and lightly rub all over the sneakers.
-Now pour the boiling water carefully into the container and add the salt and dish soap.
-Next mix in half to the full bottle of dye depending on how harsh you want the color.
-Dip the sneakers in and use tongs and watch the change beautiful colors.
I would say anywhere from 5-10 minutes will usually be enough.
-Remove the sneakers and rinse them until the water runs clear! (IMPORTANT)
-Now allow the sneakers to completely dry and don't wear them or put them through any stress for about 1 full day, maybe even 2. I let my pair Sun dry.
And now you can enjoy your final custom!

How long did you wait to rinse the sneakers after taking them out of the dye bath? Or did you just instantly started rinsing them?
