I've got this annoying sweating problem. It's like my hands, underarms, and feet are always dripping with sweat. It's so bad that my white school uniform would turn blackish from the sweat under my arms by the time I got home. My hands are so sweaty that everything I touch, like my phone and laptop, gets sweat marks. It's so embarrassing when I have to shake someone's hand, and I can't even wear slippers because they get slippery.

Even in the freezing Canadian winters, when it's like -40° outside, I'll be shivering from the cold, but my underarms will still be sweating like crazy under my jacket. It's so frustrating!

Do you know of any products or tricks that helped you control this sweating problem? I'd really appreciate any advice you can give me.

I can relate to people suffering from
excessive hands and feet sweating. I have it too, bit i had Hyperhidrosis surgery done in mid 2000s in Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. Doctor had told me there was 100% chance to cure excessive hands sweating, but only 5%chance for the feet. It was a same day surgery, and took me about half for surgery and couple of of rest and i was discharged. It was an instant relief, and wird at the same time, seeing my dry hands in years. It only cured my hamds and not my feet. Best decision i every made on my own while i was still in my first year in college. Now I'm searching if there are any medical advancementd for feet. I'd higgly recomment it. Before that i had tried everything, and not worked, not even slightest. I hoep you guys find cure for the hands at least. Good luck everyone.
