Tips 💡 A nice bandanna, cooling towels, keeping a soft, absorbent handkerchief in your bag, unscented face powder to absorb moisture 💧 Also, avoiding spicy 🌶 foods and caffeine ☕️ both of which can increase sweating! 💙💧

It’s the worst thing, I sweat my whole face with in seconds and I can’t attend any out door event. Living in florida doesn’t help at all ! I would love a solution for this.

is far more worse than this, is reactive to hot steam as well, found it as a trigger and expand all over the body from head to torso, coffe or sugar is quite reactive to this problem .

I also sweat alot in face and on scalpe i mean its so embarassing i can't even go out bcs of this I can't even wear makeup i wasn't able to wear my fav dress bcs after some mins its become sweaty i want to know how to stop 😭 sweating in my face and in scalpe 🙏🏻

That's nothing you wanna see me i pour in sweat so easily it's ridiculous, like i could be in the barbers getting my haircut and i would look like I've just ran a marathon in 30 degree heat, even just driving my car when it's not even hot outside my face will get all sweaty that i have to have the air con on full.. I'm 35 and i never use to have this problem 10 years ago so not sure why this happens pretty much all the time for me

You can'tapply makeup also due to excessive sweating.

Am a mba student and this facial hyperhydrosis feels like hell cant take a few steps without getting my hair soaked and face drenched in sweat dont know how to deal with this already consulted with few dermatologist but no one takes this seriously any real solution????
