I do not see the BBC iplayer icon as stated in the vide 3:49. I was able to 'purchase' the app from the amazon uk account, no problem. but i do not see it after deregistering and registering. what else couldbe the issue. this is a fire tv

I already restarted, redownloaded both iPlayer and nord vpn, nothing works😢
