About Evora. It is a very interesting place with a lot of activities (dance, music festivals), but you should go over there on Spring or Autumn. Has a University and the ambiance is more happier during the other seasons. On Summer, people over there stay inside homes during the heat. At the end of the day they do their lives on street.
Nearby Evora you have interesting places and villages. Cromeleque dos Almendres (a important prehistoric place), Montemor o Novo, Arraiolos) But it is better to have a car over there.

Your video made me realize how the weather and lodging can make it or break it on our impression of a destination. Evora with its narrow streets traveling on a massive size van gave our travel group a major headache. I am glad there were many other destinations where you guys had tons of fun and loved it!
