but not the storm my body went through.

A uterine rupture, emergency c-section, postpartum exhaustion.
i wasn’t chasing fitness, just trying to survive.

But now i’m done having babies.
and i’m ready to take back what’s mine. My strength, my energy, Me!

i only ever worked out for my babies(pregnancies).
But now, for the first time… i’m doing it for ME.

and it feels good to feel strong again.
this isn’t about bouncing back.
it’s about coming home to myself.

I have two boys and 2 girls and zero help from my husband.
He loves his kids a lot but also thinks that it's not his responsibility to take care of them.
He only earns for us.
