Held onto my iPhone 8 for the longest time. The 16 was a nice upgrade after 7 years not to mention I got it for half price! Hope this one lasts until the iPhone 24 comes out!

I learned long ago from an Apple expert that all videos should be shot in landscape view so that they can be shown better on a television screen. I still think this is the better way.

I think the camera control has to be a real button because it was meant to emulate the travel distance of an SLR shutter button that would be trickier to emulate with just haptics alone

Is it true the new update makes your phone have less battery time?

I suggest making a separate video about the photographic styles and tonemapping, because it is SO important, but people need help to embrace it.
From the pieces I have picked up here and there, you will be asked to try it first time you open the camera.
Everybody should take their time to pick what setting they like the best, and then STORE that. That way, all pics in the future will be to your own lik8ng.
And.. if not.. you can change your mind AFTER taking the pics…
WITHOUT being a serious editor or so.
again.. I think LOTS of people will want to that dedicated video 🙏😊

I have the 13 pro max got it when it came out has been the best phone I’ve ever had the back glass has been smashed since the month I got it and never skips a beat lol. Got the ultra marine or whatever coming in a couple days hopefully it works out for me lol

16PM is waiting for me at home. I was nervous about camera button and feel like in quick situations I will likely use screen but if Apple removes screen option then it would force everyone to use it.

The camera button looks like a solution in search of a problem. More Apple hype and throwing things at the wall to see what sticks methinks. Probably go the way of 3D touch.

I just got this phone from the 13 and it’s mad disappointing. They’re making things LESS effective for no reason. The button on the side for a the camera is so stupid when before there was already quick access to the camera before unlocking the phone and now I have my camera randomly opening itself in my pocket. Now to silence you have to hold the button instead of just flicking a switch. Camera isn’t a lot better expect for close ups….and unless you like AI that will be sitting there useless on the phone too. Not sure what the $1000 is for.
