Hey guys, hopefully this can clear some confusion!
To find the newspaper evidence in “Redlight, Greenlight” go to the bar beside Burger Town. Upstairs there should be an icon to take a photo of a map. That will collect the newspaper.
To solve the 4-digit code determine which city is being highlighted on the newspaper. This is an anagram, meaning you’ll have to rearrange the letters to find the correct answer. Use the broadcast numbers to determine which code correlates to your word. Mine was ‘Oakland’, which was 1898. This number is the first step to decrypt. All codes are different.
To solve the passphrase, use the coded message. Red and blue numbers will show up on the piece of paper, with a red and blue ?. It may take some deep thinking, but there’s a pattern to your numbers. The most common pattern seems to be going up by even numbers. Once you determine the two question marks, use that code on the numbers broadcast. For example, my code was 3695, which was “Juneau” on the broadcast. This word is your passphrase, so mine was “Juneau”.

How to decrypt under 2 minutes;

1.) Read newspaper and figure out which name/state you got.

2.) Head to the tape and see which numbers you got. Take a photo of all those states <<don't forget!>>

3.) On the decryption PC, first type in the state numbers you've got. After that, enter every state's name until you are granted access.

4.) Access Granted.

the game came out at 12 last night, it took me awhile but I figured it out, mine was boise 4343, also in the last Misson there's an Easter egg, if you turn right towards the statue, not the cave, you'll find a hatch, go down it and you'll see what happens, bearing in mind I did this at 4 in the morning n it was scary

Simple description use the four digit number of the location on the front page is your passcode and then the paraphrase is the location made by the missing red and blue numbers
