Is it normal for the download to take forever? If not the error I normally get is a timed out message :(

Works fine on Windows. But gets error like this when using Arduino Linuxmint IDE to upload:


Trackback arduino line 35, in <module> import serial.tools.list_ports as list_ports

No module named serial.tools.list_ports


I notice only USB port 0 is available. When esp32 is connected through usb, no new port shows up.
please help.
