Young people are becoming more interested in activism, but knowing how to create real change can be difficult and overwhelming. Where are we even supposed to start? Enter: Now What? Hosted by Tessa Claire Hersh (she/her), each episode of Now What? explores a different social or political cause through conversations with youth activists and provides concrete ways to make a difference in their communities.
In this episode, activist Evan Malbrough shares steps on how to get involved with local government in your own community.

I think it's important to be active in your community. Know your local representatives and legislators. Talk to them when you have concerns.

That's been my strategy for getting involved with political advocacy. Even though I'd love to see education reform on a national level, I think it's best to start small. Develop a successful system in a city or a state, and then use that to show the rest of the country how they might better address the problems we all face.

We are living in the last days according to the word of God we read it in 2 Timothy:

We see things that were once considered evil and wrong are now right and applauded. Things that were right and true are now considered wrong, evil, and wicked.
