Acolyte will get a 2nd season. Just like KK will be renewed. She loves this show, she hates SW and she wants to stick to the fans she hates even more. The joke is on her though, because we LOVED the reviews, even though every review saw the souls of Coach and Nick die a little.

When I was working around Berkeley, there was this notion of a "woke score". You had to meet a certain expectation of "wokeness". So there are varying tiers of "woke" to determine where you fall and whether or not what you say matters. These are not my words, I am paraphrasing what I overheard. I would literally hear people say "he's not very woke" or "she isn't woke enough". They keep moving the goal posts on themselves.

The people who did Skeleton Crew are all experienced. Favreau, Watts, the directors they’ve hired, are all pretty good. So that’s hopeful.
