I can hear you pretty well over here... recipe is so yummy and calls for making it as it-s high protein and you don't feel guilty about it!.. on the contrary!! is farmers cheese similar to cottage cheese? I am living in New Zealand and haven't seen that one!... I know that cottage cheese is high in protein as well
