PAJ7620 Gesture Sensor is a quick and easy way to add gesture control to your Arduino or Raspberry Pi Project. This tiny little sensor can recognize various hand gestures such as moving up and down, left, right, forward, backward, clockwise, waving etc.

These gestures information can be simply accessed via the I2C bus. It employs an in built proximity detection sensor. It can sense approaching and departing objects.

how far can this sensor detect? I tried APDS9960 and it is not very reliable and distance is not far enough for me to use it to determine which direction I am walking and turn some light on toward that direction. do you think this PAJ7620 can do the job? Can I only use left or right?
