What does the "INT" do in PAJ7620 Sensor?

I was going to do this on a pro mico. SDA and SCL are not on analogue pins like on the Uno. Anyone know if this makes any difference or if I will have to make some adjustments?

Hello, I was wondering if it still could detect a hand moving while the person is behind the hand? Can it only detect the hand gesture if there’s no body is behind it (like you did at the beginning of the video)? Thank you!

i found some review on PAJ7620 can detect clockwise and anti-clockwise as well. can you make it? and possible this PAJ7620 gesture sensor sense more hand gesture pattern?
