soon as i switch it on it blast my eardrums with the hello voice, then when i play my music it suddenly goes into whisper mode so i cant hear my music....>TURN IT UP.

I just got some earbuds to use with my 20S that I've had since 2014. When I plug them in to the base unit, I can hear my music, but when I go to answer a call or use voice commands, the mic doesnt work at all and I also can't hear the audio from the phone call. Is this just a firmware issue, or do I need to buy an adapter to have full functionality again?

I wear Big Ear custom ear plugs and I use to be able to hear my passenger(wife) ok with my 30K, but after a couple of years I can't get enough volume to hear her. I have switched to the thicker pad to get the speakers closer to my ear. didn't help, just made it uncomfortable. Could there be an issue with my 30K?

Sorry, I've had 4 Sena products including SRL and SRL2 (because it fits in my Neotec Helmet) and the sound quality is terrible. The phone quality is almost inaudible and the music needs to be quite low or I just get a Base vibration.

I just used the foam spacer to adjust it. I had to reduce the volume to 50% and can feel the base. Using a LS2 metro evo and 20s evo.

I can't find the audio boost setting in the Sena Bluetooth Device Manager app on my OS X computer. The instructions say to use the "Sena Mobile App, " but which app specifically? There are ton of different apps on the iOS app store. I have the Sena 50S, do I even need to do this step? Better documentation would be good.

What about playing music and intercom at the same time?? Intercom gets staticky when playing music.

I have the SLR2 on a Shoei Neotec. It’s a pity they don’t have the possibility to get those better audio quality speakers now available for the 20S, or 30K on the Sena range. It should exist a way of doing it, to get some more bass quality I lack on the standard SLR2 speaker system. Thanks.

OK I gave your support video a Thumbs Up because you at least produced it with some good content packaged with decent production values. However! Probably the most significant tip was on speaker placement. Pretty much common sense yet I’m sure there are lots of folks that need to receive that message directly and clearly. I recently purchased a Shoei J-Cruise II and the matching Sena SRL2 communicator. These products are designed for each other. After seeing your video I took a closer look at the speaker placement in the helmet. I noticed that the speaker is flush up against the cheek pad to the front and bottom. This placement insures that the speaker will be some distance from the ear as the padding is thick and stands out much further than the speakers. I also noticed that speaker placement on this helmet is virtually set from the factory. Does Sena have a Velcro based product that could go into the speaker well first and then allow for the speaker to be attached on top? I have a brand new helmet, communicator and BMW R1250RT and not being able to hear navigation guidance is extremely frustrating 😖🤯😡

An easier solution would be for SENA to use quality speakers with a $300 set and us not have to search youtube for mods on how to get better sound from brand new over priced headsets MADE IN CHINA. There I fixed it.

I don’t understand why the intercom are so limited on volume. I use ear protection and should be able to turn up the volume a bit more. I’m not even close to a volume “in the ear” that I get with AirPods so it will be safe to have higher volume!!

I have both the 20c evo and the 50c evo but the 50c is not as loud as the 20c so I can't really understand my music at slightly higher speeds, and i have tried everything to make it louder but the sound is still too soft

Can you give me some tips on how to make the sena remote app work with my 30K. It worked on my iPhone 6s but will not work on my iPhone X?

All great tips. Now how about getting great sound in wet weather from a 20S or 30K. So many people have the same issue. In wet conditions water gets to the contacts and the head sets keeps giving the voice command ‘Public mode’ and then operation becomes erratic and eventually unusable until the whole kit is dried out.

Why does the boom mic on my 20s sound so bad? It's just not loud? I've updated it with no improvement, also the speakers on my 20s crackle. My smh10r is louder and the speakers are clearer.
