DisplayHDR is definitely an honorable mention to me. Nothing but a lazy way to bump up price of laptops that target media consumption.

Great piece. This was a good way to consolidate information that is generally found only when watching multiple reviews.

Something I would suggest is watching out for when a company tries to sell you a "new" laptop. Some laptop manufacturers, in an attempt to get rid of old stock, will sell you a "new" laptop with old components, but advertise it as if it's brand new. This occurs most often with business laptops. They would advertise it as having "The latest Intel processor" and "Ultrafast Nvidia graphics" when it just has an Intel 8000u series processor and MX250 graphics.

That's why I feel it's important to actually research what the latest components actually are.

One I would add are laptops that have two DIMMs where one is soldered to the board, so only one is replaceable.

Great reviews as always. What do you think about Acer's new Swift X? What about a review about that one for students? Thanks!
