Top Comment from another video said this:

“Hi, I'm a biologist, maybe I can help. The particular microbes found in the blobs were specific ones used as agriculture pest control. Also, there was a government agricultural research agency right next to the town. I think they did some experimental crop dusting, and did the wrong coordinates. And because it's the government, they decided to lie low and not claim responsibility.”

The fact the samples went missing from several places and records are missing tells me everything I need to know.

I live in a town where there is a military base.

One day the meteorologist’s notice something on the radar that looked like a big storm, but there was no rain coming down in the area.

When they went to the area to investigate, they found small pieces of thin metal (called Chaff) all over the ground.

To this day, the military denies having anything to do with it.

Past history has shown us that governments/military have no problem conducting experiments on their own people and lying about it.

So I wouldn’t be surprised if they were behind this as well.

I live 15 minutes from oakville. My husband was 14 when this happened and lived a few towns over. He said it happened there too at the same time. He says he remembers seeing it on all the cars windshields.

Sounds like Tons of the strange goo we Germans have known for centuries. Our ancestors just called it unpoetically "Sternenrotz". Until today its unclear what Sternenrotz is, but often its confused with fungi. Oh, and Sternenrotz is always connected to rain.
//"Sternenrotz" could be translated to "Star snot"

Considering the US military tested a mosquito delivery bomb during WWII on a town in the South and tested LSD as a chemical weapon on an Italian village in the 1950s I can totally believe they would test a high-altitude bioweapon delivery system armed with something less deadly on a random town on the Pacific coast.

Same thing happened to us in Eastern Europe, 31.10.2019. It was like 21:00… a goo which we thought was rain did fall from the sky for at least 15 minutes. Me and fellow drivers stopped at Lukoil gas station on highway Trakia, Sofia-Burgas. We all thought there was something wrong with the windshield fluid on our cars.

There have been other similar cases. First, you have an incident that inspired the movie, "The Blob". It's rarely talked about but in 1950 Philadelphia, 2 police officers saw a purple gelatinous blob float down from the sky. When inspected, it was rather large and seemed to pulse, possibly trying to actually move. When they turned their flashlights off, it seemed to glow. It dissolved quickly after hitting the ground.
Next there was something called "Angel Hair". In 1917 at the Miracle of Fatima and in the '50s in France, Spain, New Zealand and Australia after UAP sightings there was a sticky, fibrous, white "Angle Hair" like pasta thing that floated down after the UAP's left. It quickly dissolved. The last known sighting of this was in 2014 in Sri Lanka.
And lastly, at least I can recall, was the Red Rain that fell in 2012 Sri Lanka. This caused the people to really be worried about impending doom. When inspected by scientists, they unexpectedly found that this rain did have red blood cells, just like the ones found in humans as well as arsenic and silver. This Red Rain was first described in Homer's "Illiad" from either the 7th or 8th century, so it's been around for a while.
Our world and what's around us can be so perplexing and unusual and scary and cool, all at the same time. I'm 45 years old and it's still fun to live in a world with child-like amazement, every once in a while.
All the best.

We live in the desert southwest of the U.S. This past winter, we had a a snowfall that was normal for the high-desert altitude. However, the snow seemed almost too light in the way it fell and some of it did not melt off when I got into the heated car. I’d gone thru a drive-thru that a.m. for a coffee and I left the window rolled down as I waited to get to the window. The snow fell into the car, but that was refreshing to me as most of our year is warm if not blazing. Anyway, by the time I returned home after dropping off my child at school, I noticed that there were white fibers now on the door where the snow hit. I flicked at it with a fingernail and you could determine that it looked like cottony fibers. They were on my coat, too. They did not go away unless you wiped them off with a wet towel. Yes, military bases are in my state. Yes, there are exercises done as well, but I heard nothing out of the ordinary. Conspiracy theory is not my bag so I did not pursue it, just thought it strange.

Listening to this while thunderstorms are rolling through is PERFECT! Sadly, I'm from the gulf and surrounded by petrochemical plants - I KNOW my rain is toxic 😂

It’s strange to me how people in England say “disorientated” and people in the US say “disoriented”. I looked it up to make sure I wasn’t hearing things too. It is an English thing. Great video!! Love yr channel so much!! ✌🏻👻💙

In my very unprofessional opinion, it was definitely the government/military. All of a sudden, all of the evidence and samples went missing after the fact that men in black suits showed up?! That's no coincidence. If you never hear from me again, you know why. Lol. Great episode.

I’ve never heard of 99% of these stories but they hit everytime. Really good work, as always. 😊

I REMEMBER THIS! I was an elementary school aged kid at the time, about an hour away from Oakville. After a heavy rain there were little blobs on the ground, about the size of a grain of rice and clear. Imagine taking clear gelatin and mixing it up with a fork, that was exactly what it looked like. Of course I picked them up and squished them between my fingers, it wasn’t sticky and felt just like jello. It wasn’t a lot, a speck here or there. Lasted a few days before they dissolved in the rain. Always wondered what that was.

i used to live a few miles down the road in Rochester. we had a dog when i was in high school who started getting huge tumors all over his body and when taken to the vet she asked where we lived and said "OH, you live on *that* side of the train tracks" and refused to elaborate. they were apparently benign but he ended up dying suddenly a year later from sezuires. i honestly couldn't guess what it was, this was around '06/'07 so i never saw anything or personally knew anyone who did, i didn't even find out about this incident until years after i had moved away. i will say that Oakville is home to a largely Native population, the Chehalis Tribe, and well, our government isn't known for their kindness towards Native people. it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they were testing something funky and decided that was the best group of people to try it out on
