Back in my High school days in the early 90's I used to tell my friends that I thought we are living inside a black hole and that the other black holes were universes as well and Dark Energy and Dark Matter were somehow connected to Black Holes. This is where I wished I had the brain to explore that deeper back then.

Wow. You just gave me a hypothesis that allows me to finally, actually (at least in some way) comprehend the big bang. Everything in me wants to believe it.
But of course, if it is true, that just takes us back to another big bang problem; what started it all? How'd the very first parent universe spawn? No matter how much we figure out, new questions will always arise. It all has a powerful effect on me.

I always like to think a white hole is just a black hole at the end of it's life. When it "explodes" it releases everything that fell into it. Basically a time machine that chews you up and spits you out at the end of time. Fascinating stuff though. Thank you for exercising my brain.

Ironically I found a great sense of spiritual satisfaction on astronomy, as Carl Sagan himself put it "Astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience".
I know science is all about evidence to define an objective truth about the universe, but the mysteries themselves and the infinite possibilities of existence within it, to me it only highlights  the great unfathomable power out of our grasp, that again ironically IF there's an intentional creator of it all, one day it could be possibly discovered through science.(I'd rather lay in doubt than arrogantly affirm the cause and origin). Imagine it, discovering that God is actually a black hole and that existence is a complex cycle of black holes iterations. That's the power of its meaning! Science is a direct product of our consciousness which may be the rarest phenomenon there is, and there's a huge responsibility to reckon the power of science as a direct product of human consciousness and preserve it... it is literally the awaken universe studying itself!
It has the power to make us see that we're a part of it all and all of it is a part of us

If our universe is inside a black hole? perhaps "Dark Energy" is matter falling into the parent black hole. It might also explain the accelerated expansion of the universe. Perhaps our black hole is currently eating.
