Boudin & Andoullie Pizza
- 1 can of Pillsberry pizza crust
- 2 links of boudin
- 1 link of andouille
- 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce
- 8oz PepperJack cheese graded
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 bunch of chopped green onions
- 2Tbsp of melted butter with Parsley Flakes
- Cajun seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. While it’s preheating get a sheet pan out with some parchment paper.
2. Roll out your pizza crust flat and roll up the edges to make the crust. Melt butter and mix in parsley flakes then coat the entire pizza crust. Lastly dust the crust with Cajun seasoning.
3. Bake the crust for 8 mins at the 400 degrees. Once done pull and let cool for 5mins.
4. Put down your spaghetti sauce, crumble your boudin all over crust, then jalapeños, green onions, then cheese, and lastly cover with andouille and more cheese if necessary.
5. Bake for another 10-12 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese bubbly.
